Situation

The buildings will be located at rue Sous-Chaux on plots 1925 and 3276, on the heights of

THE PROJECT
The building will be made up of 5 levels, 4 of which will be residential and 1 will be the main entrance, the car park and various premises. Level 0 is open and has 7 covered parking spaces and 1 uncovered disabled space. Levels -1 and -2, are composed of 2 apartments of 5.5 and 4.5 rooms. Levels -3 and -4 consist of 3 apartments of 5.5 and 3.5 (duplex) and 4.5 rooms. The floors are distributed by vertical circulation with a lift for 8 people adapted for the disabled and comfortable stairs. All apartments face south and offer a clear view of the Graitery and the town of Moutier. The sun is present from morning to evening.

APARTMENTS
All the finishes of the apartments will be of high quality. The walls will be covered with a 1.0 mm white plaster in all the rooms, except the bathrooms, which will be tiled. The floors are tiled throughout the apartment, except for the bedrooms which have laminate flooring. As for the ceilings, they will be made of white sprayed plaster.
Interior doors will be fitted with a white frame, subframe and doorways.
