The building will be made up of 5 levels, 4 of which will be residential and 1 will be the main entrance, the car park and various premises. Level 0 is open and has 7 covered parking spaces and 1 uncovered disabled space. Levels -1 and -2, are composed of 2 apartments of 5.5 and 4.5 rooms. Levels -3 and -4 consist of 3 apartments of 5.5 and 3.5 (duplex) and 4.5 rooms. The floors are distributed by vertical circulation with a lift for 8 people adapted for the disabled and comfortable stairs. All apartments face south and offer a clear view of the Graitery and the town of Moutier. The sun is present from morning to evening.
All the finishes of the apartments will be of high quality. The walls will be covered with a 1.0 mm white plaster in all the rooms, except the bathrooms, which will be tiled. The floors are tiled throughout the apartment, except for the bedrooms which have laminate flooring. As for the ceilings, they will be made of white sprayed plaster.
Interior doors will be fitted with a white frame, subframe and doorways.
All balconies and terraces will be covered with concrete slabs.
KITCHENS AND SANITARY
All the kitchens are fully equipped and functional. Some kitchens will also offer direct access to a very practical commissary storage room.
For the shower rooms, the toilets are suspended and the sinks equipped with a medicine cabinet and a storage unit below. Italian showers in all apartments and a second bathroom with bathtub in the 4.5 and 5.5 room apartments complete the facilities.
The apartments are all equipped with washing column equipment.
The heating system is provided with heat pumps and thermal panels and / or
Photovoltaics for heat production. All apartment surfaces are equipped with underfloor heating integrated in a cement screed.
WATER AND ELECTRICITY
Each apartment will be equipped with separate water and electricity meters. As for the common areas, the costs will be distributed in proportion to the surface of the apartments.
CELLAR AND BASEMENT
Each apartment has a cellar accessible from the car park or on level -1. An electrical outlet is provided and connected to the apartment meter.
A technical room and a concierge room are provided for the entrance staff.
